Plan A

  • Joined a female gym today.
Will miss ogling sexy muscular men at co-eds... but this facility is fantastic... more personalized, intimate and convenient- location wise.
... the goal is to loose about 20 pounds in 2 months, get a six- pack in 3 months and walk for breast cancer in 6...

  • I meet with a trainer tomorrow to design a workout that I'll switch up every 3 weeks to stave off monotony and check progress.

  • Will take kick-boxing group classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays

I'm toasting to love, money, sexier bodies and the presence of mind to enjoy all three

Can't believe am first....the part about staving off monotony I can relate to; tried jogging and after a few days lost the excitement (might be due to running the same course day in day out).
More power 2 U though. Easy.

I'm alreay with a gym.Got 20 more pounds to go.People always ask me where I intend losing that amount and I tell them not to worry.Summer is back ans sexy is back but that apart I just want to do it, to make me feel good and of course..............him too.

Sista'm, choi i haven't been here in so long! Alu e meeee, tufiakwa. I see you've been busy.
Bia why do you want to lose 20lbs? I hope people won't start harassing you like they do me, because I started running (and training) like 6 months ago and lost a bit over 17lbs in the first 6 weeks without trying ( me that has considered selective anorexia at other times) and na so people dey complain. I suggest you try adding running to your routine, it really does work, especially for toned abs.

I don't know about 20 lbs in 2 months, but a lot of pounds in two months. Lol!

lol.. me i'm not skinny oh... dont really want it to be... i just want to loose the weight i put on recently in Africa and after(ok so its not up to 20 pounds.. probably 8 or so... but worreva... i'll just loose a few more to insure myself against any future late night cheesecake cravings of which there have been a few in past months)... plus i gotta get my belly piercings back and show em off of course... summers on its way... and i'm going on vacay in like 4 weeks... lol... details of that coming up laterrrrrrr... im so excitedddd cos its with a few of my BEST friends... goshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh cant waitttttt.. ok i'll stop going on now

im starving myself, horrible but yes, im drinking lots of alcohol and eating nothing.......bad way so no one join me pls.
